PEMILIHAN MODEL MANAJEMEN PROYEK ERP HYBRID MENGGUNAKAN MULTI CRITERIA DECISION ANALYSIS (MCDA)

Pemilihan model manajemen proyek Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) menjadi faktor penting karena implementasi ERP memiliki tingkat kompleksitas dan risiko kegagalan yang tinggi. Namun, proses pemilihan metodologi manajemen proyek masih sering dilakukan berdasarkan preferensi organisasi tanpa mempertimbangkan karakteristik proyek secara spesifik. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model seleksi adaptif berbasis karakteristik proyek untuk menentukan metodologi manajemen proyek ERP yang paling sesuai. Metode yang digunakan adalah Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA) yang mengintegrasikan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) menggunakan pendekatan scenario-based weighting. Simulasi dilakukan menggunakan Project Management Risk Raw Dataset yang terdiri atas 4000 data proyek simulasi dengan enam kriteria utama, yaitu stabilitas kebutuhan, kompleksitas sistem, kesiapan Agile, risiko, dokumentasi, dan keterlibatan stakeholder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model Hybrid B (Agile iterations dengan tata kelola formal) menjadi model paling dominan dengan tingkat rekomendasi sebesar 47,45%, diikuti Agile sebesar 45,53%, sedangkan alternatif lainnya menunjukkan tingkat rekomendasi yang lebih rendah. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan hybrid lebih adaptif untuk diterapkan pada proyek ERP modern yang dinamis.
